11.2 Standalone Positioning

Set the positioning method to
Standalone.

Set the session type to single
positioning.

AT^WPDST=1
Set the session type to tracking and
positioning.

AT^WPDFR=65535,1
Set the number of positioning times
and the interval between each
positioning for the tracking and
positioning. If the session is a single
positioning, you do not need to set
these parameters.

AT^WPQOS=255,500
Set the positioning service quality. The
first parameter indicates the response
time, and the second indicates the
horizontal accuracy threshold.

AT^WPDGP
Start positioning.

^POSEND: -1,9
The first value indicates positioning
end reason, and the second indicates
the left positioning times.
NOTE
The Standalone method can be used when the module has no SIM card inserted.
If there is an ongoing positioning session, the session must be terminated before setting
the positioning parameters so that the parameters can take effect for the positioning to be
started. This rule applies to all positioning methods.
Execute
AT^WPEND
command can terminate the current positioning session.
