Commissioning
Follow the steps shown below to commission the unit. If leakage or other faults should occur, go to chapter
TROUBLESHOOT.
1. Close all tapping valves in the residence.
2. Check all coupling nuts for leakage. (nuts may become
loose during transport)
3. Make sure the electronic cables are not obstructed.
4. Insert the power plug
(B)
to the power supply. The
LED should show a green blinking light
(A)
.
5. Slowly open the DH supply valve
(C)
and check for
leakage.
6. Slowly open the DH return valve
(D)
and check for
leakage.
7. Slowly open a DHW valve in the residence. Check to
see if the units LED shows a blue blinking light
(B)
.
Open the DHW valve completely when the system is
fully vented. Leave it running for approximately 5
minutes. Check if the DHW temperature has reached
its set point (default 550C) between 3 and 5 minutes.
8. Close the DHW valve in the residence. The LED will
now show a green blinking light
