Errors (end user)
STATUS INDICATION LED LIGHT
Flashing green : Interface unit is in normal position (rest or CH position)
Flashing blue : Interface unit is in hot domestic water position
Flashing red : Interface unit failure
Continuously white : Interface unit is in service mode (only for the heat supplier)
No LED : Interface unit off
WHAT TO DO IF AN ERROR OCCURS?
Note! The cover is sealed and may only be opened by your heat supplier.
In the event of leak
1. Close all taps on the pre-fix bracket under the appliance (levers in horizontal position) and the potable
water main valve.
2. Contact your heat supplier.
CH does not heat up
1. Check whether the valves of the pre-fix bracket are open (levers in vertical position). If not, open the
valves.
2. Check whether the plug of the appliance is inserted in the plug socket (230 V). If not, insert the plug in
the plug socket.
3. Check whether the radiator valves are open. If not, open the radiator valves.
4. Set your thermostat higher than the ambient temperature.
5. Problem solved? If not, contact your heat supplier.
Domestic water does not heat up
1. Check whether the valves of the pre-fix bracket open are (levers in vertical position) and that the main
valve is open. If not, open all valves on the pre-fix bracket under the appliance and the main valve.
2. Check whether the plug of the appliance is inserted in the plug socket (230 V). If not, insert the plug in
the plug socket.
3. Problem solved? If not, contact your heat supplier.
No domestic water
1. Check whether the main valve (usually at the water meter) is open. If not, open the main valve.
2. Problem solved? If not, contact your heat supplier.
