Transport and storage
The mechanical linear drive is a precision instrument. Any heavy
impact to this instrument may damage the mechanics and impair its
functionality.
Risk of damage by heavy impact or bending!
Only transport an assembled linear unit using transport locks.
In order to avoid any damage to the linear unit when storing or
transporting it, the following measures must be taken in order to protect
it from jolting or slipping:

Transport the unit in a sufficiently large container

Use cushioned packaging
The weight values for the units are listed in Section 3.
The units must be protected against:

dirt,

corrosion,

water

and an aggressive atmosphere.
