Installing Other Accessories
In addition to main memory you can install accessories such as a new
mass storage device (for example, a hard disk drive or a Zip drive) or
accessory boards to improve the capabilities of your PC.
This section provides summary information about installing mass
storage devices and accessory boards. For full details, download the

Summary of Installing Mass Storage Devices
You can install extra IDE mass storage devices such as a supplementary
hard disk drive, a Zip drive, a CD-ROM drive, and a tape drive.
NOTE You can install a non-IDE hard disk drive or CD-ROM device, but it will
need an accessory board and driver software (usually supplied with the
device). Contact the product vendor for further information.

can use when you install an extra IDE mass storage device.
