System Settings
The commands in this section are used to defined general system descriptions and settings for
the NAS 8000.
System Description
getSystemOid
Returns the OID for the NAS device (.1.3.6.1.4.1.11.10.2.1.9.1)

getSystemGlobalUniqueId
Returns the Global Unique ID for this device (a string of characters that uniquely identifies
this unit)

getSystemManagementUrl
Returns the Management URL for this SEMI-compatible device.

outParam[0] = Management URL
getNetworkSnmpActiveTrapDestList
Returns the complete list of “active” Trap Destinations.

System Events
getSystemHealth
Returns the current overall Health status for the system.

outParam[0] = Health status (numeric)

outParam[1] = Health status (string)
Status messages include:

setSystemEvent
Creates a System Event. Should be the proper size, no filler added.

inParam[0] = Event (hpnSystemEvent)

inParam[1:2k] = vblVal (stringsMap) (pair of strings)
clearSystemEvent
Clears a System Event. The Master Event Daemon (hpMed) will then handle things properly,
sending e-mail as well as the SNMP traps to the various targets.
