This section provides an example of configuring IPv6 multicast forwarding over a GRE tunnel.
Network requirements
As shown in
, IPv6 multicast routing and IPv6 PIM-DM are enabled on Router A and Router C.
Router B does not support IPv6 multicast. OSPFv3 is running on Router A, Router B, and Router C.
Configure a GRE tunnel so the receiver can receive the IPv6 multicast data from the source.
