Fax Functions

Fax Forwarding

Fax forwarding allows you to forward incoming faxes to another fax

machine. To use fax forwarding follow these steps.

1 Press the

button.

1:Fax Functions

will display.

2 Press

Enter

1:Send Fax Later

will display.

3 Press

3:Fax Forwarding

will display.

4 Press

Enter

Cancel *

will display.

5 Press the right arrow button ( ) to scroll to

Set Up

and press

Enter

Enter Fax Number

will display.

6 Enter the fax number for the faxes to be sent to and press

Enter

7 Press the

Cancel

button repeatedly to exit the menus.

Note:

If the fax cannot be forwarded, it will print at your HP Fax rather than

the remote location.
All received faxes remain in the fax memory and can be printed using

Reprint Faxes.
