NOTE:
Up to eight power supplies can be installed on a 12910 AC switch.
Card LEDs
The MPU has the LEDs numbered the same as card slots to indicate the status of the active MPU, standby
MPU, LPUs, and switching fabric modules in the slots.
On each 12910 AC switch:
•
The slot numbers of LPUs are marked above the slots on the front panel.
•
The slot numbers of MPUs and switching fabric modules are marked to the right of the slots on the
rear panel.

The HP FlexFabric 12900 switches support SFP+ ports and QSFP+ ports.
SFP+ port LED
The LPUs provide one SFP+ port LED for each SFP+ port to indicate the link status and data
receiving/forwarding status of the SFP+ ports.
