Pull the release lever next to the rear of the hard drive outward (1). While pulling the release lever out,
lift the rear of the drive up (2), and then slide the front of the drive back and lift it out of the bay (3).

To remove a 2.5-inch hard drive installed in an adapter bracket, pull the release lever next to the
rear of the bracket outward (1). While pulling the release lever out, lift the rear of the bracket up
(2), and then slide the front of the bracket back and lift it out of the bay (3).
