Set up Call Forwarding
If you cannot take calls or do not want to receive certain types of calls, you can set your device to forward
incoming calls directly to your voicemail or to another phone number. Forwarded calls will not ring on
your device.
1.

Menu
, tap
Options
, and then tap the
Services
tab.

Tap
Call Forwarding
, and then tap
Get Settings
.
3.
Select one of the following options (the device will download default settings from the network):
●
Forward all incoming phone calls
to forward all calls to a phone number you specify.
●
No answer
to forward calls when your phone is not answered.
●
Unavailable
to forward calls when your device is turned off or out of service range.
●
Busy
to forward calls when your phone is busy.

For the options you select, adjust the settings and enter the phone number(s) to which you want
to forward calls.

Tap
OK

Set up Call Barring
Call barring lets you block incoming and outgoing calls, but not calls from or to specific phone numbers.

, and then tap the
Services
tab.

Call Barring
, and then tap
Get Settings
.

In
Block incoming calls
, select one of the following:

All calls
●
When roaming
●
Off
4.
In
Block outgoing calls
, select one of the following:
●
All calls
●
International
●
International except to home country
●
Off

Tap
OK
, enter your call-barring password (provided by mobile service operator), and then tap
OK
again.
Set up Caller ID
You can use caller ID to selectively block who will see your phone number when you call. For example,
you can set up caller ID so that only your contacts can see your number.
