Insert a thin, plastic tool into the keyboard retention screw hole, and then press on the back of the
keyboard until the keyboard disengages from the computer.

Open the computer as far as it will open.

Slide the keyboard

toward the TouchPad as far as it will slide.
7.
Lift the rear edge of the keyboard

until it rests at an angle.
8.
Swing the keyboard
(1)
up and forward until it rests upside down on the palm rest.
