Lift the hard drive out of the computer (3).

To disassemble the hard drive, pull the connector away from the hard drive (1).

Remove the four Phillips PM2.0×3.0 screws (2) that secure the brackets to the hard drive.

Pull each bracket away from the sides of the hard drive (3).

Reverse this procedure to reassemble and install the hard drive.
