Using the ThinLAN Connector
1. Attach a thin LAN cable section to one side of a BNC “T” connector.
2. Attach another thin LAN cable section or a 50-ohm terminator to the other side of the
“T” connector.
3. Attach the “T” connector to the ThinLAN port.
4. Fold the BNC “T” connector cover around the connection, and squeeze the surfaces
together around the edges.
Note
Each thin LAN cable segment must be terminated with a 50-ohm terminator at
each end. In the illustration above showing the ThinLAN port at the end of a
cable segment, the 50-ohm terminator is attached to one side of the BNC “T”
connector.
