Precautions
1. Maintain proper posture when using this tool.
2. Wear safety gloves when using this tool.
3. Do not modify the C - 448.
4. Do not use when cracks, breaks, excessive wear, or deformation is found on this tool
.
5. Grease the screws of the shaft, the bearing and the rubbing portions periodically.

Caution
Preparation
Fit the handle.
Once loosen the set screw on the center of the
body and insert the handle into the body. Then
screw the set screw engaging the dimple on the
handle.

Operation
Secure the prepared frame in the work stand or the bench vise.

Make the shaft length maximum turning the handle fully counterclockwise while
holding the shaft. Do not turn the handle moreover by force.

If the shaft head can be visible through the round hole on the
center of the body as the right illustration, this is the situation
that the working
distance is not enough and head cups can
not be installed. Make the shaft length maximum as above
