Grip the end of the shaft with a wrench to prevent the shaft from rotating.

Gently turn the handle clockwise. Continue to cautiously turn the handle until both
head cups are completely installed. Inspect the installation to ensure that both head
cups are completely seated on the head tube.

Operation
Slide the lower head cup and Press B onto the
bottom of the C-438 shaft. Raise them to the
position that the lower head cup is installed,
and secure Press B on the shaft engaging the
stop with the nearest lock groove.

Remove Press B from the shaft.

Put the upper head cup on the head tube, and
insert the C-438 shaft through the upper head
cup and the head tube. The appropriate Press
A
step
will engage with the upper head cup.
