Precautions
This tool is for installing the head cups on a bicycle head tube. Do not use for any other
purpose.
1. Maintain proper posture when using this tool.
2. Wear gloves when using this tool.
3. Do not modify the C-438.
4. Do not use when cracks, breaks, excessive wear, or deformation is found on this tool
.
Caution
Preparation
Secure the prepared frame in the work stand or the bench
vise.

Turn the handle counterclockwise so that the shaft length
becomes maximum. But do not draw the shaft out. Be sure
to leave approximately 30 mm of threads exposed at the end
of the shaft.

Do not allow the shaft to slip out of the handle.
