4.6.2 Hydraulic integration
A mixer must be installed when combining a calorifier with underfloor heating. A minimum circulation water quantity is
not required.

Important information:
• The example schematics merely show the
basic principle and do not contain all infor-
mation required for installation. Installation
must be carried out according to the condi-
tions on site, dimensioning and local regu-
lations.
• With underfloor heating, a flow temperature
monitor must be installed.
• Shut-off devices to the safety equipment
(pressure expansion tank, safety valve,
etc.) must be secured against unintentional
closing!
• Install sacks to prevent single-pipe gravity
circulation!
• An automatic air vent (AAV) must be ins-
talled before the shut-off valve. This is not
supplied by Hoval.
