6. Dismantle the nuts on the clamping plate. The
tine is relieved and can be removed from the
assembly fixture.
Mounting tines
1. Take the tine to be replaced from the bracket
and insert the new tine. Observe the correct
position of the screws:

1 Hex screw M16 x 180
2 Hex screw M16 x 200
2. Position the tine on the assembly fixture as
during disassembly.
3. Put on the clamping plate (3), put on the
washers and tighten the nuts in the order
shown.
Counter with a spanner.
Tighten the nuts in alternating fashion to
prevent cocking.
Tighten the nuts until the clamping wedge
can be inserted.

4. Insert the clamping wedge (4):

5. Put on the guide plate (4) and bolt together
with the clamping wedge:

6. Dismantle the nuts on the clamping plate. The
tine is relieved and can be removed from the
assembly fixture.
7. Mount the tine on the frame at the appropri-
ate location.
Put on the clamping plate, put on the wash-
ers and tighten the nuts in the order shown.
Tighten the nuts in alternating steps to avoid
cocking.
