connections as well as the hydraulic
connections.
Due to material settlements or e.g. paint residues be-
tween screw connections even properly tightened screw
connections can become loose, resulting in loose screw
connections and leaking hydraulic connections.
Retighten all wheels
M18 x 1.5 - 300 Nm
M22 x 1.5 - 510 Nm

Hydraulic system and components Check all hydraulic components and hoses for
function, leak tightness, fastening and chafing

Brake system Check function daily
Drain air reservoir daily
Check brake lines and hoses for damages, crushing
points and kinks

Clean the pipe filter annually/

Undercarriage / wheels Check state and fastening daily
Re-tighten the wheel nuts - see above see above
