4-7 Wire Straight Adjustment
This section shows how to straighten wire.
1.
Turn wire feed ON/OFF knob to on
position.
2.
Slide plate spring to right and remove
former. Wire can be visible.
3.
Turn wire adjust knob clockwise and
feed wire. You can check whether wire
comes out straightly or not.
4.
If wire does not come out straightly, turn
the minus ditch on the eccentric rod with a
screw driver and straighten the wire.
5.
Turn wire adjust knob clockwise and
feed wire for check.
6.
Cut the wire and attach the former and
the plate spring.
- Attach the former to the original stitcher
head. The stitcher head and former
have the paint of the same color.
