• Stand facing away from the machine with the left handle
in both hands (or left hand).
• Standing as though you are about to swing a racquet,
sweep both hands downward from above your shoulder,
toward the opposite hip, while rotating through the waist
and rib cage.
• Return slowly to starting position.
• Complete repetitions and repeat on opposite side
(if using one hand, switch to the right hand).
