the lower link arm . While holding teflon

slide
lower link arm

bottom end of lower handlebar .

Secure the joint with 1 flat washer (w) , 1
spring washer (b)

bolt (X)
and secure
with 1 nut (y) .
E
Repeat steps B–D on the opposite side of the
elliptical.
