solved quite easily when the cause is found
by using the checklist below.

Lubrication
The motor is equipped with bearings that
contain sufficient lubrication for the life of
the motor. The addition of lubricant
could cause damage.
Therefore, do
not add lubricant to motor bearings.
The agitator is equipped with two ball
bearings that should be lubricated
periodically by a Hoover Service Center
or an Authorised Hoover Service Dealer.

Spares and Service
When service is required, contact your
Hoover dealer. Replacement spare
parts, cloth bags, belts, brushes, etc.
can be readily supplied by your Hoover
dealer. Always quote your cleaner model
number when ordering spare parts. Use
only spare parts supplied by Hoover to
ensure that your cleaner operates at
maximum efficiency.

Cord Replacement
This HOOVER appliance is supplied
complete with a plug.
If the main cord of this appliance is
damaged, the appliance must be
repaired by an Authorised Hoover
Repairer to avoid a safety hazard.
