Programming the XLS-REL

Do not use the
Accept Actual
function in the Signature
Mapping tool. Accepted data may corrupt the database by causing
it to see every device as two devices.
Warning!
DO NOT configure the third and fifth SIGA-UM
addresses as common outputs or audio amplifiers. Any off-
normal condition will activate the automatic release sequence if
these addresses are common outputs. The Drill switch will
activate the prerelease and the release circuits if they are audio
amplifiers. You must select the device types and personality
codes exactly as prescribed in Tables 2-4 and 2-5.
*Actual addresses in your system may differ, but they must be
consecutive. Serial numbers must also be consecutive up to the
second-to-last digit.
