FACTORY RESET
Factory reset
Device restore deletes all configuration items and all customer data on the device,
except installed firmware and application updates.
Reset Procedure
Step 1.
Power cycle the device
Step 2.
Keep tapping the touch screen until "TAP-TAP DETECTED" appears on
the top of the screen.
Step 3.
Remove the finger from the touch screen. The ">>" is pointing to "SYSTEM
SETTINGS".
Step 4.
Wait 5 seconds until "** ENTERING SYSTEM SETTINGS **
Step 5.
Touch and hold the screen. The ">>" is pointing to "DEVICE RESTORE".
Step 6.
Hold the touch screen until the device starts resetting.
Create the recovery USB device
Format the device with a FAT32 filesystem and copy the complete file "un6x-chro
-
mium-xx-x.x.zip" onto the USB Flash Drive.
