Honeywell products in Korea are guaranteed as follows in accordance with
the consumer damage compensation policy. In case of product failure,
please contact the Customer Support Center below.
Free technical Service
1. Faults that occur in normal handling for 24 months after purchase can be repaired free
of charge.
2. If important repairs are required within 10 days of your purchase, you will receive a
replacement or refund.
3. If important repairs are required within one month of purchase, they can be replaced or
repaired free of charge.
A paid technical Service

Faults that occur 24 months after the warranty period of the product can be covered
with a charge.

In case of failure due to consumer negligence
- Careless handling by consumers or through repair or modification
- Repair or failure by someone other than the salesperson or technical staff
- Failure or damage caused by impact during the movement after installation
- Failure due to abnormal use of rated power and improper installation environment
- Manufacturing date damage or loss of manufacturing number
- In case of failure due to natural disasters (fire, salt, flood, etc.)
