- User ID: Enter one of the User IDs owned by the encoder. Usually,
one encoder contains more than one user. You can select the right
user profile (Admin profile or operator profile).
- Password: Enter the password corresponding to the User ID
entered in previous step.
Click

button to save all the configurations.

Deleting an encoder
Select an encoder from the list and click
Remove
. The encoder will
be removed from the list.

Connecting an encoder to the decoder
Select an encoder from the encoder list in
Figure 5-4
and click
Connect
, the decoder will be connected to the selected encoder and
start decoding video stream from the encoder and output to monitor
for display, and the status of the selected encoder changes from
“N/A” to “Connected”.
If the selected encoder is not connected to network., its status in the
list will remain “N/A”.
