Operation when setting Ring Count based on present count value (during 

increasing count).  

If count reaches ring count maximum value, it changes into ring count minimum 

value and carry occurs and count is executed until 2,147,483,647. If count 

exceeds 2,147,483,647, count is changed into -2,147,483,648 and executed 

repeatedly.
