If You Have a Flat Tire
Taking Care of the Unexpected
To avoid damaging the brake pads,
carefully fit both brake discs between
the pads.
Install the caliper fixing bolts and
tighten to the specified torque:
Operate the front brake and pump the
fork several times. Check for free
wheel rotation after the brake is
released. Recheck the wheel if the brake
drags or the wheel does not rotate freely.
Install the brake calipers onto the
caliper stays.
Tighten the axle bolt to the specified
torque:
Tighten the pinch bolt on the right pivot
arm to the specified torque:
Tighten the pinch bolt on the left pivot
arm to the specified torque:
