When You Cannot Open the Boot

If you cannot open the boot, use the following procedure.

1.

Remove the left side rear outer head 
restraint.

2

Removing and Reinstalling the Head 
Restraints

 P. 205

2.

Remove the built-in key from the keyless 
remote.

3.

Wrap a cloth around the tip of the built-in 
key. Put it into the cover (as shown in the 
image) and remove the cover.

4.

Pull the boot release handle in the direction 
of the arrow in the image.
