Instructions For Use
Taking Your Body Fat, Body Water, BMR & Muscle Mass Reading:
You must have bare feet to take this measurement. Slightly dampen bottom of feet before
stepping on analyzer for best accuracy.
Press the
'User'
button to select your 'Memory' location and recall personal information.
User number, height, age and fitness level are each displayed for 2 seconds.
(1) Wait for unit to display “0.0”
(2) Step on HealthStation with bare feet. Stand still while your weight is calculated. The weight
will be displayed for 3 seconds. Remain standing on the analyzer.
Measurement of body fat, body water, BMR and muscle mass begins.
(3) 'bF%' displays for 2 seconds. Your body fat percentage follows, and is shown for 3 seconds,
with the word
'LOW', 'NORMAL', 'MODERATE'
, or
'HIGH'
illuminated. See

(4) 'H20%' displays for 2 seconds. Your body water percentage follows, and is shown for 3 seconds.
