Easy to Follow Guide to Chair Assembly

1. Assemble Chair Base

• Attach the front cross bar

to left armrest

by lining up the labeled “3” on the cross bar with the “3” on

the left armrest.  Secure with the provided large bolts and nuts

using the open end wrench

bottom cross bar

to the left armrest ensuring the labeled “1” on the crossbar lines up with the “1” on the

armrest.  Secure with the provided large bolts and nuts using the open end wrench.  
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS AT THIS POINT.

• Attach right armrest

making sure to line up the labeled “2” and “4” on the cross bars

with the “2” and “4” on the armrest.  Secure with large bolts and nuts using the open end wrench.

• Tighten all bolts, ensuring the base sits level without wobbling.   

NOTE: ASSEMBLE BASE ON ITS SIDE.

2. Attach Seat Frame to Base

• With fabric fasteners facing up, align preattached bolts on the bottom of the seat frame

with the holes in

the base frame. Secure the seat frame to the base frame by securing a washer and cap

to each of the 4

bolts.

• Tighten all bolts evenly using the Allen wrench provided

NOTE: IT MAY BE EASIER TO TURN THE BASE ON ITS SIDE TO INSERT THE BOLTS.

3. Attach Back Frame to Base

• With fabric fasteners facing up, align preattached bolts at the bottom of the back frame

with the holes in the 

lower bracket in the base frame.  Secure the back frame to the base frame by securing a washer and cap.

. Attached correctly, the back frame will form a concave shape and fabric fasteners will face up.

Carefully remove all contents from packaging and inspect the product to make sure 
all components of the chair have been received. These should include:

• Left armrest

• Right armrest with hand control pouch

• Front cross bar

• Bottom cross bar

• Back frame with attached cover   

E

• Seat frame with attached cover    

F

• Large bolts and nuts for crossbars (8)    

G

• Small bolts for back and seat frames (8)   

H

• Open-end wrench   

I

• Allen wrench    

J

• Massage mat with attached hand-held control    

K

• Detachable headrest    

L

• AC adaptor
