SAFETY BLOCKING
Speed control button – Choose between speeds 1 and 2 and PULSE function.
pULSE – Immediate activation of the engine at top speed.
Speed 1
- lower speed for delicate ingredients as well as for combining wet and dry
ingredients.
Speed 2 - ideal for breaking of firmer ingredients, as well as for breaking ice.
If you have not assembled blades and a jar right, safety blocking will be activated.
Do not blend ingredients for more than 10 seconds. A motor should not work continuously for
more than 60 seconds. After that, it is necessary to break it 2 minutes before you reactivate it.
1. Do not overload it. Follow the label for the maximum amount of ingredients.
2. Use PULSE when the ingredients are too solid or for the preparation of fruit yogurt or
drinks with ice.
3. If there has been a discharge of liquid from the jar on the motor housing during operation,
immediately turn off the blender. Turn off the appliance and dry immediately with a dry cloth.
4. The maximum amount of ice in the jar is 8 standard size cubes.
5. The texture of the mixture is better when a jar is full.
6. Do not use metal spoons, spatulas or other kitchen tools made of metal, to avoid
damaging the blade.
7. This blender is not intended for mixing dough or pureeing of potatoes.
8. Do not place hot or boiling ingredients into the jar. Allow the ingredients to cool down
before putting them into the jar.

The system is designed to automatically block the engine while working under load and

4. To avoid safety blocking, take care of time of continuous engine operation as well as the
quantity and weight of the ingredients that you blend.
5. Take into account the label for the maximum fullness of the jar is usually sufficient to
prevent excessive load on the motor. However, some particular thick combination of
ingredients may still cause a great load. If you notice that a load is high, reduce the amount
of ingredients in the jar and add more fluid for density thinning.
