Cause

Solution

The remote control cant 

work

1. Please check the battery of remote control is 

short or not. Please replace the batteries in time 

and install them correctly.

2. Turn on the robot, if it is in short power, please 

charge the robot first.

3. The control distance is no more than 

6M,otherwise, the control function will be not so 

sensitive.

4. If the robot turn off manually, the robot cant turn 

on by remote control.

5. The remote control signal will be interference if 

it is too near to the virtual wall, docking station or 

other equipment which can transmit infrared signal

Increased noise in 

cleaning

1. The mouth of the main brush is blocked by the 

rubbish or not. 

2. Whether the main brush is clean(including two 

ends). 

3. Clean the side brush.When the floor is dirter, the 

robot will increase its cleaning rated power and the 

noise will increase accordingly.

Robot stop during the 

working

1. Please check the robot in short power or not

2. If the robot alarm with something wrong, please 

check the robot as the light instruction

The robot back off, turn 

left or turn right 

continuously.

1. Check whether the ground detection is dirty so 

that it makes error signal. Please use the cotton 

cloth to clean it. 

2. Check whether the bumper is out of work.

The cleaner dropped 

from the stair

1. Please check the ground sensor whether it is 

dirt,please clean it.

2. If the ground is with strong reflector,the 

anti-falling function will be affacted.

3. The robot can perceive more than 8 cm height 

head drop of stairs. 

4. The robot can not work outside door.

The robot is trapped

1. The robot may be trapped when cleaning. In 

such case, it will try to get out of the trouble 

through various ways. 

2. the robot is scattered by wire. 

3. the robot is entangled by edges of drooping 

curtains or carpet.

The robot do not work 

on the set cleaning 

mode

1. The robot is in short power and turn into”dock” 

mode automatically.

Recycling of materials rather than waste disposal

Preserve the environment! When your power tool has reached the end of its 

useful lifetime, do not dispose of it as unsorted household waste. The tool, its 

accessories and packaging must be recycled in an environmentally sound way. 

Deposit the tool at a municipal collection site or service workshop.

bin symbol (below). It symbolises that electrical and electronic equipment must 

not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste but collected separately.

All municipalities have established separate collection facilities at recycling 

stations, where you can deposit electrical and electronic equipment free of 

charge, or a collection service where such equipment is collected directly from 

households. For further details, contact your local municipal technical 

department.

We offer a warranty on our products in accordance with the legal provisions 

applicable in each country. (Proof of purchase must be presented/submitted.)

Service and repair are provided free of charge during the warranty period in 

accordance with Danish Sale of Goods Act and on the following terms.

 

1. The defect is due to faulty design or material 

 

  (except normal wear and misuse)

 

2. Repair has not been attempted by anyone other than Millarco's 

 

  licensed service workshops

 

3. No non-original parts have been used on the machine

Free service covers replacement of defective parts and man hours. 

The product is to be returned to the place of purchase, and the store will send 

it in for service. We do not accept products for repair or warranty obligations 

directly from the customer.
