IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
IMPORTANT
Before you start using the appliance please read this user manual. Keep the manual for future reference
and transfer together with the appliance.
1. Unpack the appliance. Remove all packing materials, keep them away from children.
2. Packing material is unsuitable as toy. Children can choke on styrofoam parts and plastic bags!
3. If you want to discard the packing material please observe local regulations.
4. Alternatively keep the packing material in a safe place if you want to use it to store or transport the
appliance.
5. This product is intended for household use only.
6. This appliance is not intended for heating the room or drying of clothes, pets, books, newspaper, etc.
For drying food please observe the tips below regarding combustible materials and fire inside the
cavity.
7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

WARNING:
Only allow children to use the oven without supervision when adequate instructions
have been given so that the child is able to use the oven in a safe way and understands the hazards
of improper use.

Warning:
When the appliance is operated in the combination mode, children should only use the
oven under adult supervision due to the temperatures generated.
10. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

WARNING:
Accessible parts may become hot during use. Young children should be kept away.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

– If the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be operated until it has been
repaired by a trained person.
14. Do not try to operate the appliance with an open door. It is extremely important not to damage or
disable the safety features of the door locks.
15. Do not place foreign objects between the front of the oven and the door. Always keep the door seal
and the adjacent areas clean.
16. Do not operate the oven when it is damaged. It is especially important that the door closes properly
and that there is no damage at
• the door (bent)
• the hinges and locks (broken or loose)
• the seals and adjacent surfaces.

WARNING:
It is hazardous for anyone other than a trained person to carry out any service or repair
operation which involves the removal of any cover which gives protection against exposure to micro-
wave energy.
