OPERATION
Only operate the machine when it is in a perfect condition. Before each operation, a visual
inspection of the machine must be carried out. Safety devices, hydraulic hoses, compressed air
hoses and operating elements, must be checked carefully. Check screw connections for damage
and tight fit.
N OTE
Check compressed air connection and, if necessary, adapt to the compressed air
supply line used.
15.1
Before first use
Before first use of this machine it is necessary to bleed the hydraulic system:
Open the ventilation screw. Pump several full strokes (when operating with compressed air supply,
the operation can also be carried out by opening the air valve) to eliminate any air in the hydraulic
system. After closing the ventilation screw, the stamp must come out of the pressure cylinder by
further pumping.

Operating instructions
•
Only 1 person in the danger zone.
•
Hands/fingers away from the working table and the pressure stamp during the pressing
process.
•
Do not stand directly in front of the press when the pressing force is high.
