Never go under a lifted vehicle, if you do not take additional safety measures such as
supporting by jack stands, blocking the wheels etc., to avoid inadvertent rolling,
slipping or tilting of the vehicle.
Make sure the saddle sits steady under the vehicle.
For choosing the right vehicle lifting points recommended by the vehicle manufacturer,
please take the vehicle handbook. Please Note: Wrong positioning of the floor jack
may tilt or damage the vehicle!
Do not lift vehicles, if there is risk of spillage of fuel, battery acid or other dangerous
substances.
Make sure that there are no passengers in the vehicle and persons keep a safe
distance to the vehicle while the floor jack is in use.
Do not use the floor jack for supporting lifted vehicles for long period of time.
Never adjust the overload valve. Modifying, altering or refitting the floor jack is not
permitted. For any damages caused by improper use of the floor jack we do not
assume liability.
Make sure that no persons or obstacles are under the vehicle before lowering. Avoid
abrupt lowering of the vehicle in order to avoid damaging the jack and the vehicle.
Make sure the floor jack wheels move free and there are no obstacles under the
vehicle.
Only fill in high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Never fill in brake fluid, motor oil or other
kind of liquids.
Do not use the jack near heat sources over 65°C (150°F). The temperature of the
hydraulic jack oil does not exceed 60°C.
Store the floor jack indoors, fully lowered, in a dry place out of dust, dirt and extreme
temperatures.

Remaining risk factors
W A R N I N G
It is important to ensure that each machine has remaining risks.
In the execution of all work (even the simplest) greatest
attention is required. A safe working depends on you!
Even if the machine is used as required it is still impossible to eliminate certain residual risk
factors totally. The following hazards may arise in connection with the machine´s construction
and design:
Risk of injury (bruise) to the hands / fingers during operation.
Note that working under a vehicle is very dangerous even if the vehicle is supported by
the floor jack and secured by additional supports. Always be careful and observe
throughout the jacking operation, if the saddle is fixed on the vehicle lifting point and if
there are any possible movements.
These risk factors can be minimized through obeying all security and operation instructions,
proper machine maintenance, proficient and appropriate operation by persons with technical
knowledge and experience.
