Operation
• This appliance has two bread slots (B) and 6 browning levels with
pre-set time, being level 1 the minimum browning time and level 6 the
maximum browning time.
• Place your toaster on a level and stable surface, and away from
curtains and other flammable materials.
• Unwind the supply cord completely from the
winding holder (H)
and
connect the appliance to a wall socket.
• Note: to burn the manufacture’s residues accumulated on the heating
elements, it is advisable on the first use to place the appliance in a
ventilated area and make some complete browning cycles, without
bread, at the maximum level. Turn the knob (D) to level 6 and press the
lowering lever (C) downwards until fixing it.
• To select the most indicated browning level, it is recommended to set
the knob (D) on level 3 or 4 (medium levels). If the bread needs to be
more browned, select a higher level and so on.
• To toast, place the bread slice in the bread slots (B), turn the knob
(D) to the desired level and press the lowering lever (C) downwards
until fixing it. The cancel button (E) light will turn on and the browning
function starts immediately.
• When the browning cycle ends, the appliance and the cancel button (E)
will automatically turn off, and the toasts will be raised.

To use the complementary reheat or defrost functions, first select the
toast level on knob (D), press the lowering lever (C) down to lock, and
then press the button for the desired function:
Defrost button (F) - allows you to defrost and toast bread that has
been previously frozen. The defrost button (F) light turns on when
you select this function.
Reheat button (G) - allows you to reheat bread that has been
previously toasted. The reheat button (G) light turns on when you
select this function.
• To stop any of the above described functions, press the cancel button
(E) at any time. The button (E) light turns off when you select this
function.
• If the bread becomes stuck inside the toaster, unplug the appliance
from the wall socket, allow it to cool down completely and then remove
the bread. Never use knifes or any other metallic object and never touch
the inner side of the toaster. if necessary, turn the appliance upside-
down to easily remove the bread.
