PREPARING FOR USE
The Double Slot Toaster HOFFEN food expert ref. TDBJB-H079 /
TDBJB-H110 allows you to toast the bread to your liking and complete
your breakfast.
Before first operation
• Make sure that all the packaging materials have been properly removed
before use.
• Put the appliance into operation without bread for 1 or 2 complete
browning cycles to burn any possible manufacturing residues.
• Note:
To burn the manufacture residues accumulated on the heating
elements, it is advisable on the first use to place the appliance in a
ventilated area and make some complete browning cycles, without
bread, at the maximum browning level. Turn the browning seletor knob
(D) to the maximum position - level 6, and press the lowering lever (C)
downwards until fixing it. This procedure burns any dust that may have
been accumulated on the heating elements and prevents unpleasant
smells when browning bread.
