7.7 ANTI – DRIP FUNCTION
The anti-drip system makes it possible to iron even the finest fabrics perfectly.
Always iron highly delicate fabrics with the control knob set to low temperature.
When the ceramic soleplate cools down to a certain temperature, drops of
boiling water may come out of the iron instead of steam and leave marks or sta-
ins on the fabric. The Anti-drip function activates automatically when the tempe-
rature is too low to prevent water dripping from the iron soleplate. It will let you
iron even the most delicate fabrics without risking damaging or soiling them.
7.8 AFTER IRONING
1. Place the iron upright.
2. Unplug the iron from the power supply socket.
3. Wait until it cools down.
4. Empty the water reservoir.
Attention!
Never wrap the power cord around the ceramic soleplate of the iron.

General rules
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend the life
span of the appliance.
Warning!
Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, turn
the appliance off, disconnect it from the power source and let it cool
down, so as to avoid burns and electrocution.

After you have finished ironing, turn the appliance off and disconnect it from the
power source.
2. Wait about 30 minutes until the appliance cools down.
3. Empty the water reservoir.
4. If necessary, wipe the appliance components dry with a soft cloth.
5. Store the iron in a secure location.
