Attention! The frequency of descaling depends on the quality and type of water
used. Descaling should be performed when you notice that more than ¼ of the
heating element surface is covered with scale.
The device contains no parts that could be serviced by the user. Do not attempt to
repair the device on your own. Always have the device repaired by a professional.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service
centre representative or a properly qualified individual to prevent electrocution.
9. REPAIR
8.2 Descaling
In order to remove scale deposited inside the kettle, prepare a water and vinegar
solution (1 part vinegar per 2 parts water). Pour the solution into the cordless
electric kettle and heat it up, but DO NOT BOIL THE SOLUTION! Leave the
solution in the cordless electric kettle for ca. 1 hour, and then pour it out, fill the
cordless electric kettle with water up to the maximum level and boil the water.
Pour the water out and remove deposit residues with a damp cloth. If water at
your location leaves lots of scale, frequent descaling is recommended. Do not
perform descaling with the use of chemicals meant for coffee makers or irons
10.STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
1. The device should be cleaned in accordance with the description and left to
dry out completely. It is recommended that the product be stored in its original
packaging.
2. Always store the product in a dry and well-ventilated room, beyond children’s
reach.
3. Use the device handle(s) for holding/carrying it.
4. Put the power cord in the compartment in the base.
5. Protect the device against vibration and shock during transportation.
