Attention!
Do not remove the kettle from the base before the kettle is switched off.
If you try to start the kettle without water, it will be automatically turned
off by the internal thermal protection system.The kettle can be restarted
when its heating element cools down to room temperature and the thermal
protection will returns as a result of cooling to original position (on-
position).
• Put the kettle on the base, plug the power cord into an electrical outlet equipped
with a protective grounding pins. Turn the appliance on as described above.
When the water boils, the appliance will turn off automatically. Now you can
remove the kettle from the base.
• You may boil the water again only after 15-20 seconds after the previous
boiling. Do not switch on the appliance earlier as it may cause the mechanism
malfunction.
• Remove the kettle from base.
• The lid must be closed when boiling water.
Warning! Switch off the appliance, unplug and let it cool down before
cleaning and maintenance to avoid electric shock and burns.
8.1 Basic principles
Proper and regular cleaning ensures safe operation and extends the life span of
the appliance.
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Remove dust with a dry cloth or brush.
• You can remove stubborn dirt with a damp cloth and a neutral detergent.
Attention!
Do not clean the appliance with any strong chemicals, alkali, abrasive or
disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of the appliance.
Attention!
Do not immerse the appliance or its base in water or other liquids.
