10. PROBLEMS
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
I cannot switch the
device on
Check that the battery is inserted correctly - that the polarity
is maintained.
Check the batteries. If they do not work properly, replace the
whole set with new ones.
Liquid flows too
slowly or does not
flow out, despite a full
tank and new, good
batteries
Check that the outlet opening is not blocked by dried liquid
residues. If yes, remove it as described in chapter
"9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE".
The device does not
dispense any liquid
even though the
batteries are working
properly
Check that the switch on the bottom of the unit is in the
working position.
Check whether the LED or infrared sensor are dirty.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
If you do not use the device for a long period of time, after turning it off, emptying the
fluid tank, cleaning and removing the battery pack, store it in a dry place away from
heat and moisture sources. It is best to place the device in its original packaging, away
from children and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the emptied, cleaned and dried device in its original
packaging. Do not expose the unit to excessive vibration or shock during
transportation. When handling, only carry the unit after it has been switched off,
holding it securely by the housing. Do not expose the device to heat or moisture.
12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of sale of the product.
Batteries are not covered by the warranty - it is a consumable material. If you need
warranty repair, please contact the manufacturer's hotline. The product returned for
repair should be complete and preferably in its original packaging.
