STEP 2 ASSEMBLE THE MAIN FRAME
1.
Attach the main frame
(1)
between the assembled right & left uprights
(50/51)
with the front stabilizer
(2).
2.
Center the screw hole of left upright
(50)
and tighten with one M12x70mm Allen Bolts
(31)
well.
3.
Do the same procedure for right upright
(51)
with main frame
(1)
assembly.
NOTE:
Need two persons to assemble this part.
STEP 3 ATTACH HANDLEBAR
1.
Connect the middle section sensor wire
(8)
of left uprights
(50)
to the upper section sensor wire
(13)
of handlebar
(3).
2.
Put both joint tube of handlebar
(3)
into the top of uprights
(50 & 51)
and secure with three M8x15mm allen head bolts
(25)
on two side of left upright
(50).
NOTE:
Be careful not to pinch the wires.
Do the same procedure for right upright
(51)
and handlebar
(3)
assembly.
