Sound is produced. Jack [68] is abnormal. (Replace Jack [68] .)
(6) No sound is
output from
headphone.
(iii) Replace Jack [68] , and then check whether
sound is produced.
Sound is not produced. Control PCBA [17] and Function
PCBA [21] are abnormal.
Replace Control PCBA [17] and Function PCBA [21] .
The mobile phone can
be charged. The charging cable is broken. Ask the customer to check whether the charging cable is broken. (i) Connect the mobile phone with the normal
charging cable, and then check whether the
mobile phone can be charged.
The mobile phone
cannot be charged. Go to the next check. Go to check method (7)-(ii).
The mobile phone can
be charged. The mobile phone is faulty. Ask the customer to check whether the mobile phone is faulty. (ii) Connect a normal mobile phone, and then
check whether the mobile phone can be
charged.
The mobile phone
cannot be charged. Go to the next check. Go to check method (7)-(iii).
Some connectors are
disconnected. Same as on the left. Connect the disconnected connectors.
(7) Mobile phone
cannot be
charged.
(iii) Disassemble the UR 18DSL, and then check
whether all connectors are properly
connected.
All connectors are
properly connected. Control PCBA [17] and Function
PCBA [21] are abnormal.
Replace Control PCBA [17] and Function PCBA [21] .
The switch or dial is
enabled. Control PCBA [17] is abnormal. (Replace Control PCBA [17] .) (i) Replace Control PCBA [17] , and then check
whether the switch or dial is enabled.
The switch or dial is
disabled. Go to the next check. Go to check method (8)-(ii).
(8) A switch or Dial
[6] is disabled.
(ii) Replace Function PCBA [21] , and check
whether the switch or dial is enabled.
The switch or dial is
enabled. Function PCBA [21] is abnormal. (Replace Function PCBA [21] .)
