About 
messaging

Your SelecSet telephone provides you with access to 
several integrated messaging capabilities. Every SelecSet 
is equipped with a message waiting lamp, which lights 
immediately upon receiving a message.

This lamp can be turned on by any of the following:

• Another caller (callme)
• The attendant
• A voice message system

Soft key menu

Note that if you have a SelecSet 930 or 940, you also can 
access messages from your soft key menu. See 

“Accessing 

and Returning Messages”

 on page 4-4.
