1 Ink Low Fault
The ink level in the ink reservoir is too low.
(If the ink is not added or replaced within
60 minutes after warning output, the printer
comes to a stop with the warning condition
replaced by a fault condition.)
● Add ink to the ink reservoir.

Main Ink Tank Too
Full The ink level in the main ink tank is unduly
high.
● Drain the ink from the main
ink tank.

Deflection Voltage
Fault The high-voltage power supply output volt-
age is too low or too high. ● Contact your nearest local
distributor.

Ink replenishment
Time-out The automatic replenishment sequence is
taking too much time. ● Contact your nearest local
distributor.

Ink Drop Charge
Too Low The ink drops are poorly charged, and the
charge is too low.
● Clean the gutter, deflection
electrode, and its
surroundings.
● Adjust the excitation setting
to make sure that the ink
drops are well made.

● Adjust ink pressure.

6 Noise Fault C
The controller section malfunctioned due to
noise. ● Turn the power OFF and then
back ON.
7 Noise Fault M
The engine section malfunctioned due to
noise. ● Turn the power OFF and then
back ON.
8 Noise Fault S
The engine section malfunctioned due to
noise ● Turn the power OFF and then
back ON.

Leakage
The deflection electrode voltage is too low.
● Dry the deflection electrode
and its surroundings.

Makeup

Time-out
The automatic replenishment sequence is
taking too much time. ● Contact your nearest local
distributor.

The makeup level in the makeup
reservoir is too low
(if replenishment is not effected within 60
minutes after warning output)
● Add the makeup to the
makeup reservoir.

Too High
The ink heating section is faulty.
● Contact your nearest local
distributor.

Supply Fan Fault
The power supply section is faulty.
● Contact your nearest local

circuit with another part.
