If you shake the power head, it might make a rattling noise. This is normal.

The fibers of the material might appear streaky in some of the black areas of the extension pipe, which is not abnormal.

When attaching the power head and extension pipe, you might not hear a click, which is not abnormal.

A protective film is attached to the control buttons and the model indicator label on the side of the vacuum cleaner.
