9-1-2. Reassembly
Reassembly can be accomplished by following the disassembly procedure in reverse. However, special attention
should be given to the following items.
First gear and crank shaft reassembly
Press-fit Oil Seal (B)

in the Crank Case

then the O-ring (S-32)

is fitted in the groove inside the
Crank Case

. Press-fit the Ball Bearing 6002DDCMPS2L

in the Crank Case

then the Retaining
Ring for D32 hole

is fitted in the groove inside the Crank Case

. Press-fit the Crank Shaft

Ball Bearing 6002DDCMPS2L

. Put the Feather Key 3 x 3 x 8

into the groove of the Crank Shaft

and press-fit the First Gear

with a suitable tool while holding the flat portion of the Crank Shaft

with a
steel bar. Before press-fitting, make sure that the Feather Key 3 x 3 x 8

fits in the key groove of the First
